Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge / Experience in as many as possible of the following:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above in Computer Science or any related discipline. However an exceptional candidate with significant related experience may also be considered.
• Extensive commercial experience, preferably 2+ years, experience using Java technology, preferably in J2EE, JSP, web architecture and XML.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing IT skills, which include analysis and design, especially in java/portal development.
• Knowledge of object-oriented development techniques preferably in a product development organization.
• Possess good knowledge in Sun Solaris, and knowledge in Windows will be an added advantage.
• Experience with Finance & Banking related data in Oracle environment is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database, PL SQL and Store Procedure, and knowledge in DB2 will be an add advantage
• Experience in using Object Orientated design principles and architecture.
• Possess good communication skills as well as good command of spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• This is a 12-month contract position to be based in Singapore.
